Your Parisian Sanctuary Awaits Its Next Care
From Haussmannian apartments with parquet floors to modern offices in La Défense, we understand the unique cleaning challenges of Parisian spaces. We are currently accepting new residential and commercial clients for the upcoming season.
All initial consultations are complimentary and conducted in person to ensure a perfect match between our method and your needs. Your inquiry is the first step toward a space that feels impeccably cared for.
A Method Note on Robustness & Limits
Our inquiry protocol is designed to capture the critical variables for an accurate assessment. We evaluate our approach against three constraints: accessibility (Can our team navigate the space?), time (Is the window realistic for a pristine result?), and scope (Do the stated needs align with the property's material reality?).
This method is robust for standard Parisian residential and commercial spaces. Its primary limitation is unforeseen structural complexity (e.g., extensive damage, mold, severe clutter) which may require a preliminary site visit before a firm quote. Transparency here prevents surprises on arrival and ensures our team arrives prepared and our price is fair.
What Guides Your Inquiry?
○ Criteria
- Clarity on pricing structure
- Specific guarantees in writing
- Local Parisian compliance evidence
- Flexible scheduling options
● Optimizes For
We optimize your inquiry for predictability. Our goal is to provide a detailed quote and schedule with minimal back-and-forth. This means focusing on the specifics of your space (type, size, frequency) rather than generic assurances.
A detailed quote is our primary tool for setting clear expectations.
✕ What This Approach Sacrifices
To maintain accuracy and avoid vague promises, we sacrifice instant, automated pricing. A one-price-fits-all model cannot account for the variables of Parisian properties. Our process takes time because your specific space deserves a specific plan. The trade-off is 24 hours for a quote; the reward is a price you can trust.

Glossary of Local Terms
- Concierge vs. Building Manager
- We coordinate with both, but only the building manager can grant access on the day. Always confirm.
- Accès Dégagé
- "Clear access." Our invoice includes this note if elevators are small or hallways are narrow.
- Régularisation
- End-of-lease cleaning. This is our most common "one-time" service. Budget for 2–4 hours minimum.
- Écologique
- Eco-friendly. Our standard. We use concentrated, low-aerosol products to reduce waste and residue.
The neatflowy Service Footprint
Our teams are strategically located across the city—from the 1st to the 16th arrondissement—ensuring punctual arrivals. We are familiar with the specific cleaning requirements of Parisian building types, from historic limestone facades to modern high-rise amenity protocols.
"We equipped our teams for Paris: compact vacuums for narrow staircases, specialized products for parquet and limestone. It’s in the details."
From Inquiry to Shine: A Parisian Scenario
The Client: A software engineer relocating to Paris for a 12-month contract.
The Space: A 55m² two-room apartment in the 11th arrondissement, unfurnished, with parquet floors. Last cleaned by the previous tenant.
The Inquiry: Submitted via the form above on a Tuesday evening, specifying "move-in deep clean," "pet-safe products," and "access via code only."
The Result:
A quoted price for a 4-hour deep clean, scheduled for Thursday afternoon. The quote included line items for parquet polishing and a note about using a low-dust vacuum. The client arrived to a space that felt new, and a team that had pre-confirmed the access code.
